Leap Day Ride – Kari

A one-day ride through Marin for Oysters at Tony’s.  This will include a brief stop in Tomales at the bakery for fresh cheese twists and other delights.

The Scoot and Shoot Ride – Craig

A one-day ride up through Sonoma and Napa with a stop at Knoxville OHV park for a little shoot’m up action.  Lunch in Middletown and then a return ride back through the hills past Lake Berryessa.

Annual Songdog Ride – Kari/Dave

Ride to Songdog Ranch via the coast and some great Central California backroads.  Camp out on the wildflowers.  Drink tequila, shoot guns and eat BBQ. 

April 23-25

Stonyford Dirt Ride Weekend – Dave

A weekend of dirt riding at Stonyford.  An advanced group will head up on Friday to secure a campsite.  Follow the directions to Stonyford and then look for the signs for the "Northstars".  There is a potluck planned for Saturday night.  Post to the yahoo group your intentions to attend and an idea of what you're bringing.  For directions see:

Go to Stonyford & then go west on Fout Springs (M10) Rd. ~ 8 miles.  Once you get around the mountain & see the camping areas along the creek, staging/camping areas are on both sides of THIS road & a paved road turns
right here to continue around to the other campgrounds by the creek & the LARGE Davis Flats camping/staging area.  Catfish will place a NORTHSTARS SIGN at the intersection of these two paved roads that sez where we're camped.

Stonyford Street Ride – Kari

Kari will lead a street contingent up to Stonyford for an overnight campout with the dirt crowd.  We will meet at the Valley Cafe at Suisun Valley Road in Rockville to ride up Wooden Valley Road and a slew of other good things to Stonyford, where we
will mooch off of the dirt-folks who have chucked everything up there for rides on their eq...!! (or try)...
Meet at the Cafe for breakfast at 8:30, leave at 9:30 after a rider's meeting on SATURDAY MORNING. (I will be coming back on Sunday afternoon).  Please RSVP to me VIA this list OR give me a call at 510.847.2942 if you want to do the street ride up there.

Ahwahnee Brunch Ride – Lisa

MEET: Vasco Road Shell station in Livermore at 7:30 a.m.  Breakfast bagels will be served for all who need some fuel before the ride.  Ride leaves Livermore at 7:45 bikes & bellies fueled, ready to ride.  I have a 12:00 reservation at the Ahwahnee.  Last year the buffet cost thirty two dollars, PLUS an 18% gratuity, PLUS California sales tax for a total of approx. $41 each. I'll confirm that later, as well.  Don't forget the $10 entrance fee for the park.

The Hot Springs Ride – Craig

An extra long weekend extravaganza of riding the Sierra Nevada Mountains, exploring the twisties, the ghost towns, the Bristlecone Pine forest mixed with a variety of hot springs including Grover, Travertine, Buckeye, Crowley, and more!

Spend three days riding up to Lassen National Park.  Checkout Bumpass Creek, the bubbling mud pots and more!  Concurrent with the WetLeather Gather ride.

World Superbike at Laguna Seca!

Group ride to Moss Landing for breakfast and then off to the track to watch the AMA events on Saturday.

Spend the day riding and celebrating Craig's 22nd anniversary of his 21st birthday.

Meet at 8am at Tam Junction (Hwy 1) in Mill Valley.  Follow the Sunday Morning Ride route up the coast, breakfast at the Station House and then more riding back through Marin and over to the East Bay.   BBQ at his place in the afternoon.

 Registration opens at 9am at SF Brewing Company.  First rider out at 10am.  This is a timed event like a regular dirtbike enduro but run on pavement with a series of questions asked about the route.  Rider with the most correct answers wins!  $25 entry fee buys you lunch and an event T-shirt.  Call Wendy at Mission Motorcycles for details.  650-992-1234

Meet at Stevie B's on Hopyard in Pleasanton.  Clutches out at 7:30am.  Day one will include 3 passes and lunch at the BBQ joint in Walker.  The evening will be spent at the Dardanelles Resort.  Day two will also include 3 passes for a return back to the Bay Area.  Call Earl or Gretchen soon to reserve your room!

This will be a ride to Sears Point to hang out and watch Pete and the sidecar boys have fun on the track.  It's also the 50h year anniversary of the AFM so we can check out the racing history of the oldest roadracing club in the US!  Meet at the Park and Ride lot on 101 at Lucas Valley Road at 7:30am.  Clutches out at 7:45am.  Ride the Marin backroads up to the Bakery in Tomales for a bite.  From there we will zoom on over to Sears Point via Novato/Atherton.  Picnic at the track for lunch!

Some of us will dine at the Sea Grill Saturday night.  Let me know if you want a dinner reservation also.  The rest usually go down to the Lost Coast Brewery for the evening.  Sunday, we'll have breakfast & then cross Hwy-36, with maybe a jog on Hwy-3 & Wildwood, then finish off 36 into Red Bluff for lunch.  Then down to Corning & Black Butt Rd. & south to Stonyford for GAS &
Leeville Grade to 20 & 16 past the F*CKIN'! Casino towards 505 & home.

Sonoma to Sonoma; Bring your appetite and costume.  Start at Infineon Raceway (Sears Point) main gate 8am, ride 5 minutes to breakfast. Ride includes a plan for lunch and prizes for best costume.  The breakfast joint always asks me to give them an approx. head count, rsvp is requested by Tues prior.

Meet at the former location of the Buttercup, err, Stevie B's or whatever the hell the name of that place was in Pleasanton off of Hopyard Road.  Exit Hopyard and turn South.  At Owens Drive turn East and then u-turn to get back to the Northeast corner where the restaurant is located.  Breakfast first, clutches out at 8am.  If you intend to race the karts you need to contact Gretchen and pay her $50 ahead of time.  First come, first serve.

     In all likelihood this event is cancelled due to Kari's transition from renter to homeowner.

For December, we are blocking out the last week of the year (Dec. 26 - Jan. 1) for dirty activities. I want to see if
